Contact Procedure
  • Patient sends a query and/or reports.
  • IPS Team consults the relevant consultant and provides diagnosis, proposed treatment and estimate.
  • If required, a telephonic meeting may also be arranged.
  • Patient confirms if he wants to have treatment at SCI International Hospital to provide Visa Facilitation Letter.
  • Patient confirms the arrival date and time.
  • IPS Team, in the meantime, books room, OT etc. for the patient
  • Patient is received at the Airport and then, brought to the Hospital/Guest House/Hotel
Admission Procedure
  • Treatment/Surgery as planned before
  • Patient is discharged and shifted back to Guest House/Hotel or directly to the Airport.
  • Post-procedure follow-up via e-mail/phone/video conferencing.
Documents Required
  • Original Test reports, X-ray films and a record of medical history.
  • A list of medications.

How to get medical opinion and cost of the treatment?

Patient's case history/ current clinical reports/ scans & details of previous treatment taken can be shared with us for the evaluation by our team of expert doctors which would enable us to provide the cost and treatment plan prior to patient arrival.

Do you provide accommodation & meal to attendant while patient is admitted?

Yes, attendant is provided the hospital stay with patient (except ICU stay) in case if they have opted for a double and single room. We also provide complementary meals to attendant (thrice a day).

What are the modes of payments?

Payment can be made through cash/ credit cards at the time of admission. We have in-house authorized foreign currency exchange counter. The payments can also be transferred to the Hospital accounts through wire transfer prior to the arrival/ travelers cheque.

Do you provide visa invitation letter?

Yes, we do provide visa assistance letter after receiving the passport details of the patient and attendant(s) to enable in obtaining the medical visa.

Do you facilitate in booking guest house/ hotels/ service apartments?

We have tie-up with hotels/ guest houses/ service apartments in the vicinity of the hospital for our international patients. We share the list of the same in advance with our patients. They can do the booking directly or let us know to do the same on their behalf.

Which communication services/facilities are available?

We have landline phone / internet services available in all patient rooms.

Once you confirm your treatment, our service team sends across the best accommodation options available to you. We also offer pick-up facility from the Airport, Railway Station or Bus Stand to the Guest house/hotel.
